Men's Track & Field Competes in Shot Put at Day One of Widener Invitational

CHESTER, Pa. – The Immaculata men's track and field team competed in day one of the Widener Invitational hosted by Widener University on Friday afternoon.
 
Six Macs competed in the shot put on the day. Brady Gibbons led the Macs, placing 33rd overall with an 11.35-meter mark. Joseph Collins III then placed 40th earning a 10.79m mark. Joseph DeRocher and Tyrin Hawkins were next, placing 47th and 49th with respective times of 9.95m and 9.82m. Dylan Daywalt then earned 55th place with a 9.44m mark while Zion Patton earned 64th with a 6.04m mark.
 
The Macs will continue to compete in day two of the Widener Invitational on Saturday.
