IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Immaculata esports team dropped its Rocket League matchup against Liberty University's navy team on Monday night 3-2.
The Macs took game one 2-0 before dropping the second game 4-1. Game three, the Macs took in 2-1 fashion, taking a 2-1 series lead. Unfortunately, Liberty took the final two games 8-3 and 4-1, securing a come-from-behind 3-2 victory over the Macs.
Jacob Fitzgerald led the Macs on the game with five goals while
Zachary Malcolm picked up four goals.
Stephen Bradley, meanwhile, served as the team's largest defensive threat while picking up a few assists on the night as well.
The Mighty Macs will return to action next Monday night as they continue Rocket League play.
