RADNOR,Pa.- The Immaculata field hockey team dropped their Atlantic East Conference match up to Cabrini by a score of 8-1.
 
It was a busy afternoon for goalkeeper Julia Levase and the Mighty Macs defense. In a contest that was played majority on the Macs defensive side, Levase tallied 10 saves. Madalyn Bonner added a defensive save to prevent a Cavalier goal. 
 
On the offensive end, the Macs got on the board with senior Gianna Gatto finding junior Lauren Vandenbraak in the 39th minute who tallied the Mighty Macs lone goal on the day. Stephanie Webb, Gabrielle O'Brien, Madalyn Bonner, Abby Jones and Vandenbraak all provided shots on goal for the Macs. 
 
The Mighty Macs drew 8 corners on the offensive end in the contest. 
 
Immaculata field hockey will be back in action on Wednesday, October 26th as they travel to St. Mary's College of Maryland for a 5:00 start for their Atlantic East Conference finale.
