IMMACULATA,Pa.- The Immaculata University Men's Soccer team took down Marywood University in this evening's Atlantic East Conference matchup with a score of 3-1.

With the visiting Pacers striking first, the Mighty Mac offense had no choice but to get to work. Immaculata sophomore
Kaelin Hatcher began the offensive barrage by placing a shot on goal in the 18th minute of play.
Dylan Walter kept the offense in attack mode, scoring the first Immaculata goal in the 22nd minute. The Macs were not settled yet with
Reed Lindsay scoring the second Immaculata goal in the 27th minute of play.On the defensive end, Immaculata goalkeeper
John Wilhelm recorded two back-to-back clutch saves in the last five minutes of the first half.

The second half was all about the Mighty Macs, starting with
Josh Fonder scoring the third Immaculata goal on a penalty kick in the 58th minute. Fonder and teammate
John Bohrer continued to place shots on goal throughout the half as goalkeeper
John Wilhelm tallied another major save in goal.

The Immaculata University Men's Soccer team will return to their own Draper Walsh Stadium this Saturday, October 22, to continue in Atlantic East Conference play against Centenary University.
