BALTIMORE, Md.- The Immaculata men's tennis team continued their opening weekend of fall competition on Sunday afternoon on day of the Goucher College Invitational.
In doubles action,
Jason Watts and
Nicholas Fleming dropped their match to Angel Cerpa and Jackson Beam by a final of 8-3 while
Sean Chalmers paired with Ryan Wartenberg from Goucher to earn an 8-4 victory over the Immaculata duo of
Jeremy Brown and
Kevin Lyons.
In singles play, Watts dropped his match to Matthew Rau of Gettysburg 6-2, 6-3 while Fleming fell in his match to Joshua Noel of Goucher by a final of 6-1, 6-0.
Immaculata will resume its fall schedule at Penn State-Harrisburg on Thursday, September 30
th with that match set to begin at 4 p.m.
