IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Immaculata women's volleyball team is set to begin their 2021 Atlantic East Tournament campaign on Tuesday as they travel to Neumann for a quarterfinal matchup.
Earlier in the season, the Macs met the Knights in their first Atlantic East regular season matchup, dropping their match 3-0 with scores of 25-13, 25-14, and 25-11.
The Macs have been led this season by sophomore
Ava Thorley who lead the Macs with 101 kills and 204 digs.
Emily Ettien, meanwhile, has led the Macs with 330 assists on the season while also leading with 41 service aces. Seniors
Julianna Rotondo and
Devyn Crowder, meanwhile, lead the Mighty Macs in blocks with 18 and 17, respectively.
Recently, Neumann defeated Marywood and Gwynedd Mercy in Atlantic East Tournament play. This past weekend, they dropped both ends of their tri-match against DeSales and Stockton on Saturday.
The Mighty Macs' match against the Knights will take place on Tuesday at 7:00 P.M. at the Mirenda Center in Aston, Pa.
