IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Immaculata Esports team has announced the participation in two tournaments beginning this coming weekend on Saturday, October 9
th.
First, the Mighty Macs' League of Legends schedule begins with their participation in the 2021 College League of Legends Fall Warmup. The Fall Warmup will take place over the next two weekends of October 9
th and 10
th and October 16
th and 17
th.
On Saturday, the Macs are scheduled to play back-to-back matches at 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. against Utah Valley University and Illinois College, respectively. Then, on the 10th, the Macs will be play two evening matches against Western Kentucky University and the University of South Carolina – Aiken at 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.
The following weekend, the Macs will compete in three matches. First, on Saturday October 16
th, the Macs will face Florida Tech and Stephen F. Austin State at 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. respectively. They will then wrapup the Fall Warmup on Sunday, October 17
th with a match against California State Northridge at 3:00 P.M.
The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate team will also begin competition this weekend as they compete in the NACE Starleague 2021-22 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Circuit – Open Qualifier East. The Macs will have five players participating in the tournament of 200 players with matches starting at 12:00 P.M.
In addition, the Rocket League team will compete in week two of the NACE Starleague on Monday, October 11
th when they face Montgomery County Community College at 7:00 P.M.
