ROSEMONT, Pa.- The Immaculata men's lacrosse team (2-3) entered the fourth quarter on Saturday in their game at Rosemont (1-5) trailing 10-9, but they exploded in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Ravens 9-1 in an 18-11 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-IU trailed early out of the gates, but the Mighty Macs punched back immediately with four straight to take a 4-1 lead.Â
Bobby Bausman,
James Barretta,
Ryan Ridolfi, and Long all netted a goal in a seven minute span before the Ravens got one back to make it 4-2 through one quarter
-Metzger, Ridolfi, and Long started out the scoring in the second quarter to increase the lead to 7-2, but the offense went cold the rest of the period
-Rosemont, meanwhile, scored four times to close out the half and it was a one goal game at 7-6 through one half of play
-Bausman scored on an assist from
Nick Bianchini to make it 8-6, but four straight by the Ravens put them in front 10-8
-Metzger added a pivotal goal on an assist from Barretta to cut the deficit to one heading to the final quarter
-The Mighty Macs owned the fourth quarter, putting together their best 15 minutes of the season to pull away for their second win. Metzger scored four times, Long added three and Barretta had one to blow the game open at 16-10 before the Ravens added one

Will Reeder added a goal each to close out the contest
