IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata men's soccer team went on the road for a non-conference game on Thursday night and fell 6-1 to Muhlenberg (2-0). The Macs (0-3) were scheduled to play this game on Wednesday night, but it was pushed to Thursday due to the unplayable field conditions last night.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Muhlenberg got goals in the first half by Zach Cimring in the 28
th minute, Matt Athanas-Linden in the 35
th minute and Anthony Carracino on a penalty kick goal in the 41
st minute to put the Mighty Macs in a 3-0 hole at halftime
-Muhlenberg added goals in the 75
th minute by Cameron Miller, the 79
th minute by Shaun Bartholomew, and the 88
th minute to grow their lead to 6-0
-Junior
Eric Case scored the first goal of his career in the final minute off a cleared ball that he one-timed into the back of the net
