Men's Tennis Fall To Eastern, 9-0

IMMACULATA, Pa. - The Immaculata men's tennis team took on Eastern on a chilly Monday afternoon dropping a 9-0 decision in non-conference play.

John Binner and Stephen Smith teamed up at second doubles and were narrowly defeated, 8-6. Immaculata's top duo of Patrick Tierno and Dom Ramsden and third doubles team of Mark Hueber and Michael Griffin III were both defeated, 8-4.

In singles play, Binner had his match at fourth singles go to a third-set tiebreaker before eventually falling, 10-5. Binner won the first set, 6-4, but Eastern's Jackson Wetherbee took the second set, 6-1, to force the tiebreaker.

Immaculata begins CSAC play on Wednesday traveling to Cabrini.
