IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata's men's soccer team started Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play Saturday afternoon at Draper Walsh Stadium with a 2-0 shutout of Summit. The Mighty Macs improved to 3-5 overall and 1-0 in the CSAC with the win.

Alex Noel provided all the scoring for the Mighty Macs. His first goal came in the 53rd as he converted his second penalty kick of the season into the lower left corner, as Summit's goalkeeper guessed the other direction.
Immaculata added an insurance marker in the 63rd minute as
Alec Schuler shot the ball and the Defender goalkeeper made the save but was not able to corral the ball. The ball diverted right to Noel, who buried it past keeper.
The Mighty Macs dominated the Defenders as Immaculata held a 25-4 advantage in shots. Summit (2-7, 0-1) goalkeeper Ben Campbell kept the Defenders in the game with 13 saves.
