IMMACULATA, Pa.- On Senior Day for the Immaculata men's tennis team, the Mighty Macs (3-7, 2-5 CSAC) fell to Marywood in their Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) finale, 8-1.  The match was the final home conference match for Nick Coia, Will DeSantis, and Alessandro Mazzone.

Sophomores Mark Hueber and Stephen Smith finished off an impressive run through the CSAC with an 8-1 victory in the third doubles spot to push their conference record to 6-1 and their overall mark to 8-2.

In singles, Smith and freshman Patrick Tierno both battled in their matches, but were unable to come out on top.  Smith dropped the first set 7-5 before falling 6-4 in the second one out of the fourth singles position, and Tierno dropped the first set in the third singles, and nearly came up with a second set victory before dropping that one as well, 6-4.

The Mighty Macs will now play on the road at Albright on Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
