CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. – Immaculata University traveled to Summit University Saturday morning sweeping the host Defenders, 3-0, in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) volleyball action. The Mighty Macs won the match, 25-16, 25-15 and 25-17.
 
Immaculata keeps its CSAC record perfect as it improved to 5-0 and 10-4 overall. Summit goes to 2-16, 1-5 CSAC.
 
Shelby Belk led the Mighty Macs with nine kills and a .389 hitting percentage while making two blocks. Gabrielle Guerrera amassed eight kills, and Tess Kieffer added five kills. Marissa Casella also had two blocks. Maranda Jones made 23 assists.
 
Molly Truitt paced the squad with three service aces and 13 digs.
 
Immaculata takes on Cabrini on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. in its next match. Both teams are currently undefeated in conference play.
