Tony Calamaro collected a career-high 11 rebounds to help the Mighty Macs (10-9) improve to 8-4 and move back into a tie for first place in the CSAC.

Joshua Smith registered 12 points off the bench. Sophomore
Matt Simon also scored in double figures with 11 points and junior Rodney amassed seven points, four rebounds and four assists.
With the score tied at 18 with 7:32 left in the first half Immaculata used a 21-6 run to end the half and post a 39-24 lead at the intermission. The run continued into the opening minutes of the second half, as the Mighty Macs held a 45-24 lead off a free throw from sophomore
Mike Sturdivant. However, the Defenders (2-17, 1-11) used a 24-12 to cut the deficit to 57-48 at 6:46. But Immaculata held firm and behind strong defense pushed its lead to 72-54, capped by a three-point field goal by Simon, with 1:45 remaining.
Abe Valentine amassed a game-high 21 points for Baptist Bible College, while Mitch Raup recorded 11 points.
The Mighty Macs return to action on Wednesday, February 4, when they travel to face Marywood University. Tip-off is set for 7pm.

Mamadou Diakite grabbed five rebounds in the win to add to his career total of 362. He is now sixth on the all-time rebounding list ... Simon is now fourth in three pointers made in his career with 69 and has the third most in a single season with 41 made triples this season ... He also has attempted the fourth most in a single season with 107 this season ... Diakite has pulled down the seventh most rebounds in a season in school history with 163.
