IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Mighty Mac men's tennis team (0-2) played the first match on their home schedule this afternoon when they hosted Misericordia, and the visiting Cougars came away with the 9-0 victory.  The match was the second of three in as many days for IU.
 
Sophomore Nick Coia battled tough in his match in the first position, but he eventually fell in a tie breaker.  He lost the first set 6-3, but won the second by the same count before falling 10-4 in the tiebreak.
 
Freshman Mark Hueber also battled tough looking for his first career victory, but also fell 10-4 in a third set tiebreaker.  Hueber won the second set 6-4 after dropping the first, 6-3.
 
The Mighty Macs will play the final match of their season-opening stretch tomorrow at Stevenson at 1 p.m.
