IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata University volleyball dropped a 3-0 match to visiting Cairn University Tuesday night inside Alumnae Hall. The Mighty Macs lost the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) contest to the Highlanders 25-17, 25-20 and 25-21.
 
Immaculata slips to 14-7 overall and 4-3 in the CSAC while Cairn improved to 11-14, 6-2 CSAC.
 
Jamie Rombach had a Mighty Mac-high nine kills while recording two total blocks. Emily Swank posted five kills and eight digs, and Tess Kieffer recorded five kills as well. Maranda Jones handed out 18 assists and had seven digs. Brittany Thompson finished with nine assists. Molly Truitt led the squad making nine digs.
 
Immaculata will host its Dig Pink event on Thursday evening when the Mighty Macs host Notre Dame at 7 p.m.
