IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata University's men's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Cairn University on Wednesday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play.
 
Cairn (7-3, 2-0 CSAC) scored the only goal of contest in the 30th minute as Caleb Moore went into the left corner on ball from Ben Cardillo.
 
Immaculata (1-9, 0-2 CSAC) goalkeeper Joseph Lubonski stopped seven Highlander shots, while Cairn's Dave Shaffer recorded five saves.
 
Cairn held an 18-12 advantage in shots and had a 4-2 edge in corner kicks.
 
Alec Schuler attempted a team-high three shots for the Mighty Macs, while T.J. Jappah, Stephen Smith and Kyle Counsellor all recorded two shots apiece.
 
Immaculata travels to Marywood on Saturday for a 4 p.m. contest against the Pacers.
