IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata University's volleyball team dropped its home Colonial States Athletic Conference opener on Tuesday night inside Alumnae Hall to Cabrini, 3-0. The visiting Cavaliers won taking the match 25-18, 25-13 and 25-16.
 
Alexandra Okoro led the Mighty Macs (2-11, 0-2 CSAC) with five kills and had five digs. Haley Swearer and Andrea Okoro each chipped in four kills. Jamie Rombach totaled nine assists while Brittany Thompson set up six Mighty Mac kills. Brooke Schreffler paced the defense making nine digs.
 
Danielle Carrozza registered a double-double for Cabrini (9-4, 2-0 CSAC) with a team-high 11 kills and 10 digs. Cassidy Koenig had 24 assists and Sophia Sokolovich recorded 13 digs.
 
Immaculata heads to Centenary on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. for a CSAC contest with the Cyclones.
