ASTON, Pa. – Immaculata University's volleyball team opened the first day of action at the Neumann Invitational on Friday afternoon sweeping Wesley, 3-0, to pick up its first win of the season. The Mighty Macs won the match claiming sets of 26-24, 25-18 and 25-23.

Allison Lang each picked up six kills to lead the Mighty Macs. Okoro also had two blocks while Lang posted three.
Jamie Rombach recorded a double-double with 23 assists and 10 digs, and Rombach had four blocks.
Brooke Schreffler paced the defense with 21 digs.
Immaculata (1-5) plays a trio of matches on Saturday. The Mighty Macs lead off the day with Widener at 10 a.m.
