Volleyball Drops Match To Neumann, 3-0

ASTON, Pa. – Immaculata University lost its Colonial States Athletic Conference volleyball match to Neumann University, 3-0, on Thursday night. The host Knights took the match by scores of 25-13, 25-12 and 25-19.
 
Allison Lang and Jamie Rombach each tallied four kills to lead the Mighty Macs. Lang finished with two assists, eight digs and one block, while Rombach added four assists, seven digs and two blocks. Brittany Thompson had a team-high eight assists and added three kills. Andrea Okoro had two kills and three blocks, and Alexandra Okoro made two kills and two blocks. Brooke Schreffler led the Mighty Macs with 10 digs.
 
Neumann was led by Kelsey D'Imperio and Caitlin Cantwell who each had eight kills. D'Imperio also had four blocks. Cecily Scavicchio had 16 assists and Ashley Clark set up 14 of the Knights' kills. Victoria Limmina recorded 18 digs.
 
Immaculata slips to 6-17 overall and 2-5 in the CSAC. Neumann improves to 13-7, 7-0 CSAC.
 
Immaculata hosts Cairn on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in another conference match.
