IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Immaculata University volleyball squad earned a 3-0 sweep of Penn State Abington on Tuesday night. The Mighty Macs won the match with scores of 25-11, 25-11 and 25-15.

Immaculata (2-4) had 18 service aces and hit .324 for the match.

Allison Lang led a balanced attack with eight kills and a team-high .667 hitting percentage, while Tamara Dabady had six kills and Lindsey Silvestro made five kills. Kathleen Haefner registered 24 assists, and Brooke Schreffler had 10 digs. Haefner and Courtney Sahm each led the Mighty Macs with four service aces apiece.

PSU Abington (2-7) had seven kills from Kate Schalck, and Jo Jo Thomas and Keyshla Malave each had a team-best eight digs.

Immaculata continues its homestand on Thursday hosting Penn State Harrisburg at 7 p.m.
