IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata University's volleyball team dropped a heartbreaker to Neumann University on Wednesday night, 3-0, in Colonial States Athletic Conference play. The visiting Knights won the match 25-16, 28-26 and 25-20.
 
Immaculata slips to 6-7 overall and 2-2 in the CSAC while Neumann improves to 12-6, 5-1 CSAC.
 
The Mighty Macs were led by six kills from Lindsey Silvestro while Tamara Dabady and Alexandra Okoro each added five kills. Kathleen Haefner recorded 17 assists and eight digs. Brooke Schreffler accumulated a team-leading 13 digs.
 
Katelin Kuklentz registered a double-double for Neumann with a leading-best 16 kills and 10 digs. Cecily Scavicchio amassed 33 assists while Danielle Kwapisz recorded 12 digs.
 
Immaculata travels to Baptist Bible on Saturday for a 1 p.m. match with the Defenders.
