Men's Soccer Fit To Be Tied With Delaware Valley

DOYLESTOWN, Pa.
– Immaculata University's men's soccer team played to a 1-1 tie in double overtime with Delaware Valley on Saturday afternoon in a non-conference match.

The Aggies broke the scoreless stretch in the 81st minute when Erin Devlin scored. The Mighty Macs answered just seven minutes later as Kameron Teel headed in a feed from Kevin Glenn for the equalizer.

Neither squad could break through the defense in the two overtime periods, as Immaculata (1-5-1) earned a tie for the first time this season.

Immaculata goalkeeper Chris Raudabaugh made six saves, including one in the OT. Delaware Valley goalie Tristan Preece registered six saves as well.

Immaculata held an 18-15 edge in shots while Delaware Valley led 6-4 in corner kicks.

The Mighty Macs return to the pitch on Saturday, Sept. 25 against Elizabethtown at 3:30 p.m. at Draper Walsh Stadium.
