Keelan Hat Trick Lifts Immaculata Past PSU Berks, 3-0

READING, Pa. – Kieran Keelan recorded a hat trick as Immaculata claimed a 3-0 victory against Penn State Berks on Wednesday afternoon.

Keelan scored just 1:19 into the game as he placed the ball past Berks' Jonathan Martin into the lower left corner. The Mighty Macs had plenty of opportunities in the first half as they took a total of 12 shots, but led just 1-0 at intermission.

Keelan added his second score in the 63rd minute as he fielded a pass from Dan Arteglier and his shot landed in the upper right corner. He completed his hat trick in the 76th minute on an unassisted goal.

Zach Oas recorded the win in net for Immaculata (2-3-2). He played 82 minutes before being lifted for Richard Crist late in the second half. Oas recorded four saves and Crist added one stop. PSU Berks' Martin amassed 10 saves in 82 minutes before being relieved.

Immaculata travels to Delaware Valley College Saturday for another non-league tilt with the Aggies.
