Immaculata Ends Regular Season With 2-1 Win Over Keystone

IMMACULATA, Pa.
- Michael Moore scored the game-winning goal in the 87th minute as Immaculata clinched the No. 2 seed in the CSAC Tournament with a 2-1 victory over visiting Keystone Saturday afternoon at Draper Walsh Stadium.

Moore tallied an unassisted goal at 86:41to break a 1-1 tie and give the Mighty Macs (10-7-2, 6-2 CSAC) the victory. Moore was in the right spot as he was able to score off a shot that hit the post, catching the Giants keeper out of position.

Keystone was trying to play the role of spoiler, keeping Immaculata for earning one of the Top 2 spots in the conference tournament. However, Immaculata clinches the No. 2 seed and a home playoff game on Thursday.

Patrick Hulede got a feed from Dennis Owusu and buried it in the net just 4:31 into the contest, giving Keystone the early 1-0 lead. The Giants would lead by that same margin at the break.

Kieran Keelan knotted things up for Immaculata midway through the second half as he scored off an assist from Chris Conlan in the 68th minute.

Zach Oas made six saves in goal for the Mighty Macs. Ryan Wagner made 19 saves for the Giants in the loss.

Immaculata outshot Keystone 40-13 and led in corner kicks, 10-3.

Second seeded  Immaculata will host No.-3 seed Neumann on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. at Draper Walsh Stadium in the CSAC Semifinal.
