Immaculata University women's volleyball team fell to Alvernia College 3-1 (30-32, 30-20, 30-21, 30-22) in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Saturday, September 15, in Reading, PA.

Sophomore Jayme Leonsky recorded 11 kills and five digs, while senior Meredith Smith set 17 assists.  Junior Lisa Bifulco collected five digs and three kills, while freshman Jessica Lynch garnered five digs.

Natalie Minnich paced the Crusaders (2-5, 1-1 PAC) with 12 kills, while Leah Crimi amassed 29 assists.

The Mighty Macs (2-5, 0-2 PAC) return to action on Tuesday, September 18, when they host Cedar Crest College.  First-serve is set for 7 pm.
