Immaculata University women's volleyball team fell to Neumann College 3-0 (30-10, 30-16, 30-17) on Monday, September 10, in Alumnae Hall. It was the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) opener for the Mighty Macs.
Freshman Jessica Lynch collected five kills, while sophomore Jayme Lenosky amassed four kills, three digs and two service aces. Senior Meredith Smith garnered seven assists and three service aces.
Rachael Sokolovich paced the Knights (6-2, 1-0 PAC) with 10 kills, while Kristen Verone set 21 assists.
The Mighty Macs (1-4, 0-1 PAC) return to action on Wednesday, September 12, when they host Rutgers-Camden. First serve is set for 7 pm.
