Carly Coleman of the Women's Basketball Team is our Mighty Mac of the Week!
Coleman delivered a dominant all-around performance to lead the Mighty Macs to two victories in the Atlantic East Conference Playoffs and secure their second straight conference championship. For her efforts, Coleman was named AEC Tournament MVP.
Across the two games, she totaled 31 points, 22 rebounds, nine assists, three blocked shots, and five steals.
In Thursday’s semifinal win over Centenary University, Coleman posted 11 points, nine rebounds, five assists, three blocks, and two steals. She followed that performance with her 18th double-double of the season in Saturday’s championship victory against Marywood University, scoring 20 points and grabbing 13 rebounds, while adding four assists and three steals.
The title win sends Immaculata back to the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive year.Â
