Immaculata sophomore softball pitcher Jessica Bormann was named the Mighty Mac of the Week on Monday, April 24, following a 7-1 week by the softball team.

Bormann had a 3-0 record and 1.81 ERA during five appearances and 27 innings in the circle for the Mighty Macs. She tossed complete-game shutouts against Rosemont and Cabrini, limiting the Ravens to four hits while striking out eight, and the Cavaliers to three hits while striking out four.

She also was 4-for-7 with two RBIs at the plate against Cabrini.
