Keani Hindle had a great week for Immaculata as the senior belted five home runs in a six-game span to help lead the Macs offense in a pair of conference series. On Monday afternoon, Immaculata returned home to host Cabrini in a doubleheader, Hindle was 4-for-7 over the course of the two games with a pair of runs scored, five RBI, one double, and her first home run of what would prove to be a banner week for the senior. On Tuesday evening at Cabrini, Hindle turned in another strong performance going 6-for-7 over the course of the doubleheader with five runs scored, seven RBI, one double, one walk, and a pair of home runs for her second and third home runs of the week, respectively. On Friday afternoon, Immaculata took to the road to face Neumann and Hindle remained hot as she scored three more runs while also hitting a towering home run in game two, which was pivotal in the Macs extra-inning comeback victory as this shot cut the Knights lead in half. On Saturday afternoon at home against Neumann, Hindle registered her fifth home run of the week while also scoring a run and driving in a pair in the Macs 11-3 game one victory over the Knights. Hindle’s five home-run week gives her 24 career homers and moves her ever closer to the Mighty Macs career home record of 30.
