Immaculata University

Connor Kakowski is in his first season as an assistant cross country coach in 2026. He was hired on July 1, 2026.

From 2022-26, Kakowski was a student-athlete on Immaculata's men's cross country and track and field teams.

As a student-athlete, Kakowski's accolades included:

• 2025 All-Atlantic East Conference Second Team (XC)
• 2024-26 Atlantic East Conference All-Academic Team (T&F)
• 2022 All-Atlantic East Conference Second Team (XC)
• 2022-26 Atlantic East Conference All-Academic Team (XC)

Outside of cross country and track and field, during Kakowski's undergraduate years, he worked as a student assistant for Immaculata's sports information department. He continues to help the department post-graduation and is a co-host on "Tuesday Talk - An Immaculata Athletics Podcast" (click here to listen).

Kakowski graduated from Immaculata in 2026, majoring in criminology and communications.
