Misc.: Kara enters her second season as part of the Immaculata women’s track & field team … also plays women’s tennis at Immaculata … majoring in General Studies.
 
Outdoor 2014: Ran once in the 800-meter and four times in the 1,500-meter event … Finished in 25^th with a time of 2:49.58 in her only 800 race at the WCU Collegiate Invite (4/12/14) … Ran her best time of 5:43.42 in the 1,500 to place 18^th at the Golden Ram Invite (3/22/14) … Had her second best finish of 11^th at the WCU Open (4/25/14) with a mark of 5:44.15 … Had her best finish of the season of seventh at the CSAC Quad Invite (5/4/14) with a time of 5:55.45.
 
Indoor 2013-14: Ran the one-mile race on three occasions and took part in the 4x800-meter relay once … Had the fifth best mile time on the team and got her best finish at the DeSchriver Invite (2/2/14) in 18^th with a time of 6:15.09 … Came in 23^rd at the Collegeville Classic (1/24/14) with a time of 6:18.49 … Ran a 6:30.49 at the Golden Bear Invite (1/17/14) to finish in 22^nd … Part of the 4x800-meter relay that finished in fourth at the Collegeville Classic (1/24/14) with a mark of 11:07.74.
 
Outdoor 2013: Ran the 800-meter twice, the 1500 five times, and the 4x400-meter relay four times … Had a season-best finish in the 800 of 20^th at the WCU Invitational with a 2:51.19 … Had the best time on the team in the 1500 with a 5:32.18, good for an 11^th place finish … Had her best finish in the 1500 at the Mid-Week Twilight in 10^th place … As part of the 4x400-meter relay team, finished as high as third at the WCU Open and the Mid-Week Twilight with a top time of 4:46.50.
 
Indoor 2012-13: Ran the mile at all five meets … had the Mighty Macs’ fastest time in the event for the season at the Coach I Open when she crossed the finish line in 6 minutes, 13.35 seconds for 11th place … took part in the 4x400m relay at the Golden Bear Invitational being part of the team that took sixth place with a time of 5:03.56.
 
High School: Four-year member of Lenape Valley Regional High School’s tennis squad … played on the varsity team her junior and senior years … played third singles in 2010 and moved to first singles her senior season … received NJAC second team all-conference accolades for her play at third singles … also a member of the track team all four years.
