Josh Pace is in his third season as the Mighty Macs' head men's and women's swimming coach in 2025-26.
The 2025-26 season saw both men's and women's teams claim fourth in the AEC Championships. The men won 219 points, while the women had 413. Pace, along with assistant coaches Mary Grace MacDonald, Bree Kratz, and Keith Wiley, were named the 2025-26 Atlantic East Conference's Men's Swimming Coaching Staff of the Year.

“Josh's transition from a full-time assistant coach within the conference to the Head Coach at Immaculata University comes at a time when IU is looking to make improvements within our swimming program,” said Paul Murphy, Immaculata's Director of Athletics and Recreation. “Having added a brand-new scoreboard, touch pads and new lighting will allow us to host NCAA swim meets and supply Josh with the necessary tools to develop our swimming program into a consistent force within the Atlantic East Conference. I look forward to watching our program grow under his leadership.”
Pace came to Immaculata after spending seven years as assistant swim coach at Cabrini University and served as Cabrini’s aquatics coordinator since 2019. He helped lead the Cabrini men’s team to the 2022 Atlantic East Conference Championship. Pace spent 13 years as Springfield High School head girls' swimming coach.
“I would like to start by thanking Athletic Director, Paul Murphy and the Immaculata community for giving me the opportunity to lead the Immaculata University Men’s and Women’s Swim program. I am excited to be a part of the Immaculata family,” Pace said. “I am looking forward to building a strong program and a rich culture and continuing to compete in the Atlantic East Conference. As a swimmer, Pace competed at the Ridley Area YMCA for 10 years and earned All-Catholic League honors at Monsignor Bonner High School during his junior and senior years. He was a member of the inaugural men’s swim team at Cabrini in 2007-08 and set eight program records during his college career. Pace earned bachelor’s degrees from Penn State Brandywine in Business Administration and Management, and from Cabrini in Political Science and Government.
