In 2010, Immaculata earned the fifth seed and fell in the opening round of the tournament. In 2009, however, Immaculata finished as the CSAC runner-up after advancing to the championship's final day as the fifth seed.

During the 2007 season, Val Rutt-Guerriere tied for the team lead in RBI (16) and tied for second in hits (24), and was named Honorable Mention All-PAC.
