Misc.: Jon is in his third season with the track and field team … majoring in Exercise Science.
 
Outdoor 2014: Threw the shot put five times during the season and came in the top-10 on four occasions … Came in third at the WCU Collegiate Invite, equaling his season-high finish, with a toss of 12.69 meters … Came in third again at the CSAC Quad Invite with a throw of 12.66 meters … Had a throw of 12.49 meters to finish in sixth at the WCU Open … Got his final top-10 of the season in 10^th at the Golden Ram Invite with a distance of 12.07 meters.
 
Indoor 2013-14: Threw shot put in four different meets during the indoor season … Had the best distance and finish of any Immaculata thrower in the event at the Collegeville Classic with a throw of 40 feet, 6.75 inches to put him in 11^th place … Finished in 13^th two separate times at the Golden Bear Invite and DeSchriver Invite with distances of 38 feet, 1.50 inches and 38 feet, respectively … Came in 19^th at the Bow-Tie Classic with a throw of 37 feet, 8.75 inches.
 
Outdoor 2013: Had the four best shot put distances on the team, and also threw discus twice … In shot put, his best distance was 39 feet, 8.5 inches at the Mid-Week Twilight, which gave him a seventh place finish … Also finished seventh at the WCU Open … Had a season-best discus throw of 73 feet, 8 inches at the Ursinus Invitational, good for a 17^th place finish.
 
Indoor 2012-13: Competed in the shot put during all five events … had his best throw of 39 feet, 4.00 inches at the Coach I Open for sixth place … that throw was also the best distance by a Mighty Mac during the season.
 
Outdoor 2012: Threw shot put at five different meets … recorded his best placing with his longest toss of the season at the Grizzly Classic at 35 feet, 4.00 inches for 10th place … it also marked the longest distance by any Immaculata thrower during the season.
 
High School: Played two seasons of lacrosse at West Chester East … ran on the cross country team his senior year.
