2025: Competed in five cross country meets, including the Atlantic East Cross Country Championships, where she placed 34th in the 8K with a time of 40:40.3. She also recorded an 8K time of 40:18.3 at the Interregional Border Battle and placed 102nd at the Highlander Invitational (41:52.6) and 75th at the Philadelphia Cross Classic (46:30.2). Budlow opened the season with a 74th-place finish at the Bryn Mawr Invitational in the 5K with a time of 26:05.0.

2024: Competed in four meets, highlighted by a 46th-place finish at the Atlantic East Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 45:42.7. She also competed at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Championships, finishing 185th in 43:57.6, and placed 279th at the Interregional Border Battle (50:00.0). She opened the season with a 53rd-place finish at the Bryn Mawr Invitational 5K (31:30.4).
