2019: Competed in all seven races…recorded top individual finish in Atlantic East Championship finishing 20^th with a time of 33:20.6…finished 30^5th at NCAA Regionals with 8k PR time of 31:48…also set PR at Atlantic East Preview meet with a 13^th place finish in 25:43.

2018: Competed five times for the Macs and was the top finisher for the team all five times … Had his best finish in eighth at the Atlantic East Preview Meet (9/1/18) with a time of 25:59 … Finished in 13^th at the Immaculata Invitational (10/18/18) with a time of 15:31 … Earned a 16^th place finish at the Atlantic East championships (10/27/18) with a time of 33:46.40 … Ran a 34:16.30 at the PSU-Abington Invitational (9/22/18) to place 28^th.
 
2017: Ran in all eight races ... IU's top finisher in all eight events in the fall ... Finished 14th at the Running with the Wolves 5K (20:50.2) ... Placed 18th at the Penn State-Brandywine Invite (30:54.7) ... Ran to a 21st place finish at the Immaculata Invite (15:24.5) ... Finished 33rd at the CSAC Championships (36:33.3) ... Member of the 2017 Fall CSAC All-Academic Team.

High School: Three-year member of both the indoor and outdoor track & field team at Bishop Shanahan … Also ran cross country for two seasons.
