Conant enters his fourth season as a member of the Mighty Mac coaching staff in 2016 where he serves as the pitching coach and assists in recruiting.

Thus far, he has had four pitchers named All-CSAC in his three seasons of work.  Bryan McHale was named Second Team All-CSAC in 2013 while Dan Whalen and Nick Campione were both named First Team All-CSAC in 2014.  In 2014, Campione (2.32) and Whalen (2.35) had the two lowest ERAs in a single season in program history for qualifying pitchers (30 innings).  Campione would set the singles season saves record with seven and Whalen tied the single season wins record with five.  As a staff, the pitchers set the team record with 194 strikeouts.  In 2015, reliever Kenny Anderson earned First Team All-CSAC as he made 14 apperances out of the bullpen and had three saves.

Conant started his coaching career as the pitching coach for the Hopewell Post 339 American Legion program in 2001.  He retunred to his hometown of Ewing, N.J. to be the pitching coach for their legion program where he helped lead them to two district playoff appearances and one district final.  In 2009, he became the head coach where he would win the John L. Shanders Manger of the Year award in his first season.

Conant attended Trenton State College (now TCNJ) and led them to their first regional title and a trip to the Division III College World Series in Battle Creek, MI where he would beat the no. 1-ranked team in the country, Marietta.  He went on to start in the National Championship game, where they eventually lost to Southern Maine.

Conant currently lives in Ewing, N.J. with his wife, Leslie, and two sons, Coors and Cameron.
