In 2022, Coach Josh Copskey was hired as the Head Baseball Coach at Immaculata, bringing Jeff with him as his Pitching Coach. Jeff's impact was seen immediately as the Mighty Macs pitching staff set a program record compiling a 3.92 ERA over 369.1 innings. In conference games only, Paglione's pitching staff held Atlantic East foes to a .243 batting average while leading the conference with a 2.68 ERA. The staff struck out a league high 150 opposing hitters while surrendering only 48 walks.Â

Members of the Mighty Macs pitching staff benefited from Jeff's leadership and structure as weekend starters Jason Hughes (1st team), Mason Keller (1), and Ryan Crowell (2) earned all-conference honors along with closer Trevor Wagner (1). Wagner earned D3 baseball Mid Atlantic 1st team all region honors while Jason Hughes was also awarded with 1st team Rawlings Mid Atlantic and D3 baseball all region selections, an Atlantic East Pitcher of the Year award, as well as being a 2023 preseason All American.
Prior to coming to Immaculata, Jeff coached under Head Coach Josh Copskey at PSU Abington as the Assistant/Pitching Coach in the 2020 and 2021 seasons. After the Covid-19 shortened 2020 season, Jeff helped guide the Nittany Lions to the conference title game in 2021 in which the team lost to rival PSU Harrisburg. Paglione's pitching staff had a program low 4.85 ERA in 2021.
Prior to PSU Abington, Jeff served as the Pitching Coach at Rutgers University Camden for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. In 2018 he guided the Scarlet Raptors pitching staff to a 2.34 conference ERA which was second best (3.34 season ERA). He helped mentor RHP Ian Schiedemann to an NJAC Pitcher of the Year award and a D3 baseball 2nd team All American selection. Schiedemann finished 10th nationally with a .91 WHIP and went on to pitch some professional ball. Jeff's staff held NJAC foes to a .221 batting average and recorded a 126/34 K/BB ratio.
Jeff began his coaching career at New Jersey baseball powerhouse Gloucester Catholic during the 2016 season. He mentored a pitching staff that ended up having 4 Division 1 pitchers and 1 pitcher selected in the 2017 MLB Draft. during the 2017 season, Jeff helped the Rams to another Parochial B State Title.
During Jeff's playing career he helped contribute to 2 NJ State Titles while pitching at Gloucester Catholic High School in Gloucester City NJ. He then went on to pitch in 63 games over 4 seasons at Monmouth University finishing his career in the top 10 in pitching appearances. He compiled a 3.60 career ERA over 80 innings pitched. Jeff graduated from Monmouth University in the summer of 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education.
