Immaculata University

The Assistant  Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance and Student Athlete Success is designated to assist student-athletes throughout their studies at Immaculata University. Initially, the primary goal is to assist student-athletes in their transition to the collegiate environment and to help them better understand the academic and athletic demands they will encounter. Through educational programming and support services, Immaculata student-athletes are encouraged and supported in their pursuit of personal, academic, career, and athletic goals. Immaculata student-athletes are encouraged to be actively involved in their educational process as the balance of academic and athletic achievement is fostered.

STUDY HALL: SPRING 2026 SEMESTER

• Monday 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/16, 3/23. 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27 (12 p.m. - 1 p.m.) in AH 114 / 115.
• Wednesday 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, and 4/29 (3 p.m. - 4 p.m.) n AH 114 / 115.
• Friday 9/12, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, and 5/1 (11 a.m. - 12 p.m.) in AH 114 / 115.

WORK SHOPS

• 2/13, and 4/17 are workshops 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Location: Layola 111.
• 2/13 Goal Setting
• 4/17 Test Taking Strategies and Communication
• Workshops will be co-led by Assistant Athletic Director for  NCAA Compliance and Student Athlete Success Beth Bernabeo and the Learning Support Center staff.

Objectives

To provide a program and environment in which student-athletes can become efficient students.
To maximize the academic and athletic potential of student-athletes.
To provide the means by which student-athletes can accept full responsibility for their educational planning.
To assist student -athletes in their progress toward graduation.
To assist student-athletes in balancing and managing the demands of participating in intercollegiate athletics.
To inform student-athletes of policies, rules and regulations established by the University, athletic department and the NCAA.
