2020 Indoor: Competed primarily in the 400 and 800 for Immaculata this season with once appearance in the 1000 meters and an appearance in the DMR…helped Immaculata to a ninth place finish in the DMR in 13:21.98 at the Moravian College Indoor meet to open the season…set a PR and recorded another top-10 finish in the 1000-meters at the Armory Last Chance meet with a time of 3:02.07, which was also the second-best time in program history…Member of 2019-20 Atlantic East All-Academic Team.

Outdoor 2019: Ran eight times individually, five times in the 400 and three times in the 800, and seven times in relays, three times in the 4x100 and four times in the 4x400 … Top 400 and 800 runner on the team … Had the best five 400 times on the team with the top one at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/30/19) of 53.76 to finish 19^th … Ran a 53.93 at the GMU Twilight Invitational (4/10/19) to place eighth … Finished in fourth at the Blue Jay Tune Up (4/27/19) with a 54.41 … Had the top 800 time of 2:08.23 to place 15^th at the Susquehanna Invitational (4/17/19) … Finished in ninth at the Atlantic East Championships (5/5/19) with a 2:13.03 … Part of the team-best 4x100 relay team that placed second at the Atlantic East Championships with a mark of 45.78 seconds …Part of the team-best 4x400 meter relay team mark of 3:37.92 to finish in fourth at the Atlantic East Championships … Also placed second at the Blue Jay Tune Up (4/27/19) with a mark of 3:41.92.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Ran the 200 twice, the 400 four times, and the 800 once … Had the top time on the team in the 200 with a 25.10 to place 26^th at the Collegeville Classic (1/19/19) … Finished ninth at the Muhlenberg Invite (1/25/19) with a 26.35 … Best time in the 400 was a 55.92 at the Collegeville Classic (1/19/19) to finish 19^th … had his best finish in third at the Albright Invitational (2/9/19) with a mark of 57.67 … Also finished fifth at the Muhlenberg Invite (1/25/19) with a 58.06 … Had the best time on the team in the 800 with a mark of 2:16.62 at the Frank Colden Invite (2/2/19) to place 39^th.
 
Outdoor 2018: Ran 14 times as one of the top mid-distance runners on the team in four separate events … Was the top 800 meter runner on the team in both of his attempts … Ran a 2:06.38 at the Blue Jay Invitational (4/28/18) to finish 11^th and ran a 2:10.15 at the GMU Twilight Invite (4/11/18) to place 15^th … Ran four of the top six times on the team in the 400 … Placed inside the top-10 twice with his best finish coming in eighth at the Shippensburg Invitational (4/18/18) with a mark of 53.39 and had his best mark of 52.25 at the CSAC Championships (5/6/18) to place ninth … Was a part of all eight relay teams for the men’s squad, four times in the 4x100 and four times in the 4x400 … Finished third twice in the 4x100 with a 45.14 at the Blue Jay Invitational (4/28/18) and a 47.44 at the Shippensburg Invitational (4/18/18) … Placed third in the 4x400 meter relay at the Blue Jay Invitational with a 3:42.75 and fourth at the GMU Twilight Invite (4/11/18) with a 3:43.01.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Competed seven times in four different events … Had the top of on the team in the 400, 500, and 800 … Won the 400 at the Albright Invitational (2/10/18) with a mark of 56.14 … Had his best mark in the 400 with a 55.03 to place 25^th at the Frank Colden Invitational (2/3/18) … Placed seventh at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/12/18) with a mark of 55.84 … Placed 27^th in the 500 at the Fast Times At Lehigh (12/9/17) with a mark of 1:12.58 in his only attempt … Placed 19^th in the 800 at the Collegeville Classic (1/20/18) with a 2:09.78 in his only attempt at the 800 … Part of the 4x400 meter relay twice … Placed sixth with a mark of 3:56.58 and fourth with a time of 4:02.11.
 
Outdoor 2017: Competed in nine races, five times in the 400 meter, once in the 4x400-meter relay and three times in the 800, and finished with the top times on the team in both as the top mid-distance runner on the squad … Earned Honorable Mention All-CSAC honors with his best time on the season in the 800 with a 2:03.82 to place in a tie for eighth at the CSAC Championships (5/6/17) … Had his best finish in the 800 in seventh in the 800 with a mark of 2:07.84 at the Blue Jay Final Tune Up (4/29/17) … Finished 16^th with a 2:07.52 at the WCU Invitational (4/8/17) … Had his best time and finish in the 400 at the CSAC Championships in 12^th with a run of 52.91 seconds … Placed 21^st at the Millersville Metrics (4/1/17) with a mark of 53.53 seconds and 22^nd at the Ursinus Invitational (3/25/17) with a time of 53.94 seconds … He had the same mark at the GMU Twilight Invite (4/12/17) to finish in 17^th … Part of the eighth place 4x400 meter team at the Millersville Metrics (4/1/17) that ran a time of 3:49.28 … Member of the 2016-17 CSAC Winter/Spring All-Academic Team.
 
Indoor 2016-17: Ran in six races across three events in his first indoor season … Had the best two times on the team in the 800, with the best coming at the Collegeville Classic (1/21/17) with a 2:10.95 to place 23^rd … Ran a 2:11.55 at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/5/17) to place 19^th … Had his best time and finish in the 400 at the Widener Field Meet (1/27/17) in third with a time of 56.19 seconds … Also placed 17^th with a 56.48 second run at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/13/17) … Part of the 4x160-meter relay team that placed third with a time of 1:23.85 at the Widener Field Meet (1/27/17) … Ran the opening leg of the 4x200-meter relay at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/5/17) which placed 11^th with a mark of 1:43.68.
