2019: Competed in six of seven races for the Mighty Macs…Set new 6k PR time of 32:07 en route to an 18^th place finish in Atlantic East Preview meet…Finished 36^th in Atlantic East Championship (11/2) with time of 45:49.6…finished 360^th in NCAA Mideast Regional (11/16) with 44:04 time

2018: Competed in five of the six races for the Mighty Macs … Finished fourth on the team at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (11/10/18) with a time of 42:35, his highest finish within the team … Had his best place finish in 12^th at the Atlantic East Preview Meet (9/1/18) with a mark of 37:09 … Finished in 40^th at the Atlantic East Championships (10/27/18) with a mark of 46:49.
 
2017: Competed in six races ... Finished 24th at the Running with the Wolves 5K (24:58.3) ... Ran to a 53rd place finish at the Immaculata Invite (19:43.3) ... Placed 63rd at the CSAC Championships (47:20.0) ... Member of the 2017 Fall CSAC All-Academic Team.

High School: Ran four years of cross country at Archbishop Wood where he was a captain his senior season.
