Misc: Joe embarks on his third campaign with the baseball squad … played on the same high school baseball team as Billy Gaines … majoring in Movement Science. 

2012: Started 19 games and appeared in 23 … batted .246 with 16 hits, including one double and two triples … scored nine runs and drove in four … 4-for-7 on stolen base attempts … posted two hits against Marywood … went 2-for-4 with one RBI, one run scored and one stolen base against West Chester … swiped two bases against Arcadia … had another two-hit afternoon against Gwynedd-Mercy … went 2-for-3 with two runs scored opposite Eastern.

2011: Played in 13 games … drew five starting assignments … batted .250 with four hits and two runs scored … collected two walks … scored first run of the season opposite Guilford … other run scored came against Keystone … stole a season-high two bases and had a two-hit effort against Penn State Harrisburg.

High School: Played four seasons of baseball and football at Huntingtown … spent two years on the basketball team … 2010 Second Team All-SMAC in the outfield … first team all-county selection his senior season … also picked up honorable mention All-SMAC honors for football in 2010, and all-county accolades in 2009 and 2010.
