Women's Lacrosse Powers Past Bryn Mawr on Senior Day, 14-7

IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata University used a dominant first half and strong control of possession to earn a 14–7 victory over Bryn Mawr College on Saturday morning at Draper Walsh Stadium.
 
Saturday was Senior Day as the Immaculata women's lacrosse team honored their 2026 seniors, Riley Mullen, Carly Oberg, and Abigail Guarneri, before today's game.
 
With the win, Immaculata improves to 1–8 on the season, while Bryn Mawr falls to 1-4.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST BRYN MAWR
  • Immaculata wasted no time establishing control, jumping out to a 5–3 lead after the first quarter behind a hat trick from Elizabeth Mahmud. Julia Pohl and Keira Benoit added goals in the first quarter.
  • Benoit's goal was her first collegiate goal.
  • The Mighty Macs broke the game open in the second quarter, outscoring Bryn Mawr 5–0 to take a commanding 10–3 lead into halftime.
  • The teams played even in the second half, with each team scoring four goals. Alexa Marczak, Aaliya Piperato, and Carly Oberg scored goals for Immaculata as the Mighty Macs closed out the 14-7 win.

  • Elizabeth Mahmud finished with a game-high six goals and added nine draw controls.
  • Julia Pohl recorded a six-point performance with three goals and three assists.
  • Keira Benoit added two goals, one assist, and had nine draw controls.
  • Additional goals came from Aaliya Piperato, Carly Oberg, and Alexa Marczak, highlighting Immaculata's balanced scoring effort.
  • Goalkeeper Abigail Guarneri made three saves to earn the win.
  • The Immaculata defense limited Bryn Mawr's opportunities and held the Owls scoreless in the pivotal second quarter.
