SCRANTON, Pa.- The Immaculata women's lacrosse team (2-13, 0-3 AEC) closed their week with an AEC road game at Marywood (8-6, 2-1 AEC) and fell 21-6 on Friday evening. Ava Hoffman and Jacki Murray each scored two goals, and Abigail Guarneri made 21 saves for Immaculata.  

Scoring 

-Ava Hoffman and Jacki Murray each scored two goals, Carly Oberg, and Addison Yackel each scored one goal. 

-Kelsey Caldarelli, Ashley Finkbiner, and Jacki Murray each had one assist. 

Defensive 

-Addison Yackel had four ground balls, Carly Oberg had three ground balls, Kelsey Caldarelli had two ground balls, and Jacki Murray and Ashley Finkbiner each had one ground ball. 

-Ashley Finkbiner had two caused turnovers, and Carly Oberg, Jacki Murray, and Bailee Neitz each had one caused turnover. 

-Addison Yackel had six draw controls, Jacki Murray had five draw controls, and Ava Hoffman had two draw controls. 

-Abigail Guarneri made 19 saves on 49 shots faced.

• Marywood opened the scoring at 14:21 of the first quarter. 

• Ava Hoffman scored for Immaculata at 13:28 to tie the score at 1-1. 

• Jacki Murray scored to give Immaculata a 2-1 lead at 12:36. 

• Marywood responded with four straight goals to take a 5-1 lead. 

• Ava Hoffman scored her second goal of the game at 0:41 to make the score 5-3. 

• Marywood scored at 14:40 of the second quarter on a woman up to take a 6-3 lead. 

• Addison Yackel scored on a woman up assisted by Jacki Murray at 12:35 to make the score 6-4. 

• Marywood scored at 12:12 to take a 7-4 lead. 

• Jacki Murray scored on the woman up at 9:03 assisted by Kelsey Caldarelli to make the score 70-5. 

• Carly Oberg took a pass from Ashley Finkbiner and carried and scored at 6:53 to pull Immaculata within one goal at 7-6.  

• Marywood called an immediate timeout. 

• Marywood would score four goals to close the second quarter leading 11-6 at halftime. 

• Marywood went on to close out the win 21-6.
