ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.- The Immaculata University men's swimming team opened its 2025–26 season with a split in a tri-meet against Elizabethtown and Goucher on Friday. The Mighty Macs defeated Goucher 110–81 but fell to Elizabethtown 183–57.
Mike DeMattei led the way for the Mighty Macs, winning the 200-yard freestyle and 200-yard individual medley while adding a runner-up finish in the 100-yard backstroke.
Connor Ferguson placed third in both the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke, while
Aidan Gall earned third in the 500-yard freestyle.
