IMMACULATA,PA.- The Immaculata softball team dropped their road doubleheader with Cabrini University this afternoon.

Trailing 6-0 in the 5
th inning,
Bryele Anthony got the Mighty Macs on the board in the 5
th inning to drive home
Kristin Carter.
Jess Oldham would drive in the other run for Immaculata with a solo homerun in the 7
th inning. Anthony led the way at the plate with a pair of hits.

GAME TWO: IMMACULATA:7 CABRINI:11

The Immaculata offense came out firing on all cylinders in game two, jumping out to a 7-0 lead in the second inning.
Jess Oldham singled in
Bryele Anthony to make it 1-0.
Rylee Martin would send a ball deep over the left center fence for a three-run shot, making it 4-0 in the 1
st inning.

In the second inning, it would be déjà vu for Martin, sending yet another ball over the left center wall for her second three-run homerun in as many innings. Cabrini would put up a five spot in the bottom half of the second followed by consecutive innings with three runs each in the 3
rd and 4
th to take game two 11-7.

The Immaculata softball team is back in action on Tuesday, April 17
th when they travel to Neumann University for a 4:00 PM Atlantic East Conference matchup.
