IMMACULATA,Pa.- The Immaculata women's lacrosse team defeated Albright 21-16 in this evening's non-conference action to move to 2-1 on the young season.

In a wet and rainy Draper Walsh Stadium, it was senior
Tessa Liberatoscioli who led the Macs over the Lions. Liberatoscioli set three single game program records on the night. Liberatoscioli scored 10 goals on the evening, breaking the record of nine set in 2020 by Layne Kennedy. Her 13 points broke her own record of 12 set in 2022 versus Lancaster Bible. Â Liberatoscioli's 17 draw controls also broke her own record of 15 set in 2022 versus Cabrini.

Fellow seniors
Jacki Murray and
Liza Laxton both had big night's as well, Murray found the back of the net six times to go along with three assists, while Laxton scored three goals and added four assists to her stat line.

Gianna Caputo added her first points of the year, scoring one goal while adding an assist.
Andrea Petito contributed with an assist, her first career point as a Mighty Mac. Sophomore
Carly Oberg had a three point performance by way of a goal and a pair of assists.

The Mighty Macs caused twelve turnovers, with Liberatoscioli leading the way with four, while Murray and
Kaitlyn Klitchko each added a pair.

Kelsey Caldarelli,
Ashley Finkbiner and Oberg all had one of their own. The team collected 21 ground balls, with Liberatoscioli tallying a team high seven.
Abigail Guarneri grabbed two ground balls while making eight saves to pick up the win for Immaculata.
