ORLANDO, Fl.- The Immaculata men's tennis team (0-2) dropped the second match of their spring break trip against Piedmont University (4-2) on Monday afternoon by a score of 8-1.
In Singles action
Jason Watts fell in first singles by scores of 1-6, 2-6.
Troy Watts dropped second singles by scores of 3-6, 4-6.
Jeremy Brown lost third singles 1-6, 0-6.
Matthew Sabat Jr. lost fourth singles 1-6, 1-6.
Nicholas John lost fifth singles 0-6, 0-6, and
Sean Chalmers lost sixth singles 0-6, 2-6.
In doubles action the team of
Jason Watts and
Troy Watts won first singles by default.
Jeremy Brown and
Nicholas John lost second doubles 0-8, and
Alex Polidoro and
Sean Chalmers lost third doubles 0-8.
The Immaculata men's tennis team will be back in action on Tuesday, March 7
th when they will take on Schreiner University at the USTA Complex.
