ST. MARY'S CITY, Md.- The Immaculata men's swimming team wrapped up their season at the 2022-23 Atlantic East Conference swimming championships in fifth place overall with 234 points. On the final day of the championships, Jeremy Brown earned a bronze medal in the 1650-yard freestyle. Throughout the weekend the Mighty Macs broke multiple program records, and many swimmers achieved their personal best times.
Marymount finished first place with 713 points. St. Mary's finished second with 615 points. Cabrini finished third with 506 points. Gallaudet finished fourth with 336 points. Immaculata finished fifth with 234 points. Marywood finished sixth with 98 points.

In the 1650-yard freestyle final, Jeremy Brown finished third with 20:23.60, the third fastest time in program history.
In the 100-yard freestyle finals, Gabriel Bocaj finished sixth with a time of 49.27. In the preliminary round, Bocaj set a program record with a time of 49.07. Daniel Thiel finished twelfth with a time of 1:01.70. His preliminary time was 1:02.57.
In the 200-yard breaststroke finals, Marchello Barile finished eleventh with a personal best time of 2:57.67. This was the fifth fastest time in program history. His time in the preliminary round of 2:59.66 was the second fastest in program history. William Lorenzo finished twelfth with a time of 3:02.29. His preliminary round time of 2:59.45 was the sixth fastest time in program history.
In the 200-yard butterfly finals, Gabriel Bocaj finished fifth with a time of 2:02.81, which is the second-fastest time in program history. Bocaj broke the program record in the preliminary round with a time of 2:01.60.
In the 400-yard relay finals, the team of Daniel Thiel, Jeremy Brown, William Lorenzo, and Gabriel Bocaj finished fourth with a program record time of 3:49.56.
